Disappointed that I had to chase up my order . Waited until 1.00pm for my delivery . Phoned the number provided and was initially told that the driver had delivered them . I said that I had been in all day and that the flowers had not been delivered . The gentleman I spoke to said he would check with the driver and call me back . I phoned back after ten minutes . I was told that the driver couldn't find my house . I find this hard to believe as I had provided the correct address and where we live is a busy housing estate , not difficult to find . Approximately an hour later the gentleman I spoke to on the phone delivered the flowers He apologised and said he couldn't understand why the driver couldn't find our house as it was easy to find . I appreciate this gentleman's efforts . He was polite and apologetic . However I don't understand/believe why the driver allegedly couldn't find our house . The flowers were lovely .

Flowers were lovely and they were delivered on time, the only reason you didnt get a 5*was how badly the card was written.

Excellent service. Flowers were ordered, I got them slightly wrong but they we're changed and delivered in time on our Anniversary. Definitely will order again

Colleague was very happy with flowers, she sent me picture and they were of good quality and beautifully presented.

Asked the flowers to be delivered the same day but they were delivered the next day.
